I’m so glad I found this reply! I started having serious, ongoing, all-day heart palpitations the day after I received my flu shot a week ago! It has been miserable! I wound up having an emergency EKG done. I’m still having them, and I am now wearing a portable heart monitor that my cardiologist put me on. I have a mitral valve prolapse so that’s why I have a cardiologist in the first place. I’m accustomed to having frequent palpitations because of the prolapse, but this has been a nightmare! I will never get the flu shot again! Getting it this year will likely wind up costing me thousands in medical bills, not to mention the anxiety and aggravation. I intend to start on magnesium tomorrow. Thank you for sharing your experience! You confirmed what I suspected — because it seemed too much of a “coincidence” that this all started the day after I got my shot. Good luck to you!

Thank you for publishing this. I would like to say that #4 is applicable to my current situation. I am experiencing serious heart palpitations that are slowly subsiding with a great deal of toxin flushing and nutrition rich in magnesium. I will never get a flu shot again. I would rather take my chances and enhance my immune system thrugh diet and excercise.
